Return & Refund Policy

At NeonNotes Apparel, each item is crafted on-demand to ensure quality and sustainability. As such, we do not offer returns or exchanges for products ordered in the wrong size, color, or due to buyer’s remorse. Please refer to our sizing charts and product descriptions before making a purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we’re here to help. Please contact us at info@neonnotes.ca within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and the defect

We will assess the issue and, if validated, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost Shipments

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please notify us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and, if the package is confirmed lost in transit, arrange for a replacement or refund.

Return Address

Please note that returns are sent to our fulfillment partner, Printful. If you need to return an item, we will provide you with the appropriate return address upon request.
